Position Overview
This role will be focused on the in-home entertainment business of a major studio. The team is part of a group applying emerging media tactics like addressable advertising, connected TV/OTT, interactivity and advanced local advertising opportunities to the development of the client's businesses. The agency is helping to drive the future of advertising.
The Role Objective:
The Manager supports the Associate Director in providing leadership and strategic direction for an in-home entertainment account. The Manager will execute in-home entertainment advertising campaigns and must possess strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and execute projects under set timelines, and innovative thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish a strong relationship with the client through a demonstration of industry knowledge and of the client's business
• Manage strategic advanced television planning and execution process for assigned campaigns from concept to completion
• Create advanced television strategies adhering to client objectives, inclusive of targeting, executional tactics, and measurement KPIs
• Utilize multiple data sets and analyses to develop campaign details for advanced television purchased through the MVPDs as well as Connected TV
• Partner with media vendors and data companies to vet and ideate campaign concepts and feasibility
• Delegate appropriately to team to support plan development and execution
• Present media proposals to clients and act as clients' resource for campaign specific questions
• Supervise the activation and performance of campaigns
• Analyze media performance and KPIs to determine the extent to which the original objectives and strategies were met as well as opportunities for optimizations
• Create presentations that tell a story with data
• Train, mentor and review analysts to foster career development
• Engage vendors and evaluate capabilities to provide thought leadership specific for current client initiatives as well as potential first to market opportunities

Skills/Attributes
• Ability to communicate concisely and clearly both orally and in writing

• Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
• Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects across critical yet often fluctuating deadlines

Experience
• 3-5+ years of related experience within advertising, media, or marketing (Programmatic or Connected TV experience a plus)
• Solid understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as an understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements
• Studio experience is a plus
