Intern - Production

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship applications are being accepted at Greenpoint Pictures for the Spring 2015 semester.

Greenpoint Pictures is a full-service film and video production company who is seeking interns to assist with daily routines. This is a great opportunity for someone to get involved with the NY video production community: to grow, learn, and network.

As we are a small company, interns get the opportunity to aid the production process at every level. Duties include:
• Working on set as a Production Assistant
• Assisting production team with booking of equipment, facilities, talent, etc.
• Helping the Director of Sales researching potential clients/agencies for future business
• Researching/pulling images for treatments for future projects
• Occasional assistant editing work (logging, transferring files)
• Maintaining and handling posts for the company blog
• Standard office administrative work (filing, answering phones, etc)
• Making any necessary runs

Requirements:
• Can work 2-3 consecutive days a week 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
• Has a genuine interest in pre production, production, and post production.
• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate.
• Familiar with Mac and basic software.
• Good with phones and research.
