GreenLight Media & Marketing is a full-service creative agency and content studio within the Live Nation network. We specialize in creating custom marketing programs, activations, and branded video content that help move the needle for brands.
The production team is a small dynamic group of creatives and producers that wear multiple hats. We specialize in producing award winning creative work. When other agencies might say it's impossible, we say when can we start!
Job Description:
-Pre-Production planning, research, coordination and outreach. Including: location scouting; talent research; vendor outreach; scheduling and coordinating shoot day logistics, booking travel, etc.
-Maintain production database, engage in outreach and vetting of potential vendors.
-Work as PA on shoots: Driving, making equipment runs; setting up gear; standing in; taking notes; having scripts notes handy; learning on job!
-Production Paperwork: Organize and manage receipts, invoice tracking, cast and crew paperwork.
-Post Production: Search for stock footage and music, and tracking licensed assets.
-Assistant Editor Work: File management and media management, laying out string-outs, putting together rough cuts.
-Music Licensing tracking and management for a variety of projects.
-Additional creative production support where needed.
NOTE:
This is a contract, month to month, position, based on a monthly flat rate. Anticipating needing 15-20 days a month of work needed, depending on shooting schedules.
Who You Are:
We're a tight knit DIY agency despite our corporate backing, so people excited to learn and grow on a small team who offer a varied toolbox of skills are the ones who seem to thrive most in the environment. Specifically, we're looking for somebody who is:
-A dynamic producer with 1-4 years of experience.
-A self-starter, organized, and passionate about all things production!
-Basic skills in shooting, lighting, editing, and Adobe suite.
-Familiarity with the music scene is a plus!
-Eager and ready and willing to do anything on a production; from being on camera talent, to grabbing coffee, to shooting video on mobile devices.
