Studio Outreach and Client Coordinator

Studio Outreach & Client Coordinator:

We are currently seeking a talented Studio Outreach & Client Coordinator to drive studio awareness, retain existing clients, acquire new clients, and exponentially grow our studio business!

Basic Qualifications:

· Proven sales and/or marketing experience in one or more of the following areas: production studios, media, broadcast, advertising,
social media, branding, influencers.
· Experience thriving in a collaborative team environment.
· Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· A hunger and passion for identifying and developing new clients while exceeding their expectations.
· An established network of industry contacts in the Film & TV production sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities to Include:

· Collaborate with marketing team to create and implement our marketing and outreach strategies - to include old school relationship
building, and our new world AI-driven methodologies.
· Serve as the primary client-relations contact.
· Collaborate with studio operations team to ensure alignment and coordinate a successful ''hand-off'' to teammates.
· Participate in, and occasionally lead, complex pitches and prospect meetings.
· Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including the number of new clients, percentage of returning clients, overall
sales, new sales, and overall client satisfaction.
· Contribute to strategic business planning, decision-making, and implementation in collaboration with the executive team.
