Marketing Intern
Supports marketing department in all things relating to branding, marketing, and public relations in the music business.
Responsibilities: Assists in the following
Writes online content - handles social media posts.
Assists in writing/editing press releases, blog posts, social media, newsletters, and miscellaneous copy as needed.
Assists in arranging promotional events, workshops, and seminars.
Offers feedback and ideas for new marketing strategies.
Assists in collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Compiles media assets into an easily searchable format.
Increases online traffic with web-based campaigns.
Helps produce, edit, and assemble video content for the clients and company website.
Organizes client visits, trade shows, and exhibits.
Stays on top of marketing trends - online, swag/gifts, etc.
Assembles proposals by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations.
Works with sales team to create support pieces - online and print.
Requirements:
Strong written communication skills.
Strong verbal skills.
Ability to think without a box.
Strong organization skills.
Software: Nice but not required - Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, MailChimp, Wix, Adobe AfterEffects, iMovie, CRM knowledge a plus.
Self-starter but team player.
Works well under pressure - handles stress well
Must have laptop
Reports to CEO
