Talent Agent - TV/Film

This is a Full Time Job

Gray Talent Group is seeking a TV/Film Talent Agent in our Los Angeles office. This is a full-time salaried position focusing on providing TV and film opportunities to our clients.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
-Submitting and pitching actors for TV/Film opportunities
-Negotiating offers and contracts
-Advising actors in the development of their careers
-Meet with potential clients in order to build our roster with decision making authority
-Foster and build relationships with casting directors and other industry professionals
-Collaborate with a small and passionate team of colleagues located in the NY, LA and Chicago offices
-Attend openings, red carpets, press events, theater performances and showcases
-An entrepreneurial spirit is essential as we are a growing company

We are a hybrid office with a mix of working in the office and remotely. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. There is also after-hour and weekend work that does occur as needed, so someone with previous industry experience and understanding of the schedule/work load that representation entails is a huge plus.

We are open to candidates with a variety of industry backgrounds, including casting professionals, management or other talent agency experience.
