This position will provide administrative support to a Literary/Talent Manager at Grandview. The Assistant will work closely with various departments and is heavily involved in sourcing opportunities for clients (writers, directors, talent.), as well as helping/assisting on certain day-to-day activities around running the company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the representation business, a love of film/tv/storytelling, and excitement around a large volume of work and education. Responsibilities include managing large call volumes, helping clients out with day-to-day needs, calendar management, booking reports, preparing expense reports, building itineraries for business trips/set visits, and more. Definite opportunity for advancement. At least 1 year of assistant experience in an agency and/or talent management setting strongly preferred.
