Job Description
We are a transactional entertainment law firm representing artists in the music and film industries as well as corporate matters, production counsel for independent films, and podcast projects.
We are currently seeking a law student Intern to support our hardworking partners and associates for the Spring 2020 semester. On an unpaid and for-credit only basis, the Intern will assist lawyers in transactional entertainment matters. Our internship program provides the intern with hands-on training in a real-world environment of a high-profile entertainment law firm. Assignments will vary and may include: researching and drafting memos, reviewing agreements and other legal documents, preparing for and conducting negotiations, etc.
Qualifications
The Intern Must be enrolled in an accredited university on a JD track
The Intern must have a strong interest in the fields of media and entertainment
Prior law firm internship or related internship experience also is a plus
