A boutique law firm in Beverly Hills seeks a receptionist. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, as well as on the phone, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, maintaining call sheets.
-Greeting and screening all visitors. Ensuring a pleasant experience for guests in the lobby.
-Validating parking tickets.
-Sort and distribute all incoming mail, packages and deliveries.
-Some filing duties, including the creation, organizing and archiving of files.
-Maintain common areas.
-Provide back-up administrative support when needed. Handle special projects as needed and have the ability to work with confidential and sensitive information in a discrete manner.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in office administration and within the entertainment industry preferred.
-Professional and friendly telephone demeanor.
-Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment when required; high degree of tact.
-Strong organizational skills.
Compensation:
Salary: $30k Annual
