General Job Description:
-Research and monitor upcoming & new productions, film schedules, opinion leaders and industry developments to identify potential areas of opportunity
-Manage product logistics including coordinating shipments, organizing inventory, and tracking deliveries
-Handle administrative and project coordination tasks, including maintaining contact lists, updating weekly internal logs and outreach databases.
-Responsible for boxing and facilitating sending product via Fed Ex, messengers & personal deliveries.
-Scan traditional and digital content for product placements and document results.
-Contribute to the development of product placement strategies by staying informed on shifts in the entertainment and brand landscape, and bringing fresh insights to help evolve our approach over time.
-Assist third party event logistics team when required.
-Appropriately assisting on site at events and facilitating other event related needs.
-Attending and contributing to departmental and company staff meetings as well as any other company required events, conferences, brainstorming meetings, etc.
-Coordinating and overseeing the internship program to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
-Utilizing the company vehicle to facilitate deliveries and pick-ups.
-Following basic office policies and procedures as outlined by HR and found in the employee handbook.
An ideal candidate should have:
-Previous on-set and agency experience a plus, but not required.
-An interest in marketing specifically in the areas of entertainment and product placement.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts, timelines & product deliveries.
-Ability to problem solve and multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
-Willingness to work outside of the 9-5 realm.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proactive work ethic, takes initiative, and solves problems independently.
-High proficiency in the complete Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) and excellent understanding of utilizing online and network-based tools for research purposes.
-Ability to conduct themselves in the highest quality standards in all public settings.
-Hard worker and driven, willingness to be hands-on, including physical product handling.
-A collaborative mindset and ability to work well with the team.
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Salary/Benefits
Role is hybrid. Required to work in the West Hollywood office 3 days a week.
