Immersive Experience Actors & Staff

This is a Part Time Job

Role Summary

This is not a traditional stage role or standard customer service position. Cast and staff members work inside the physical attraction and help bring the experience to life for guests.

The role may include interactive storytelling, guest engagement, improvisation, themed character work, crowd flow, attraction support, and maintaining the overall atmosphere of the experience. Candidates will be part of the connection between the guests and the story world.

Responsibilities
Perform and interact with guests inside immersive story environments

Stay in character and respond to guests through unscripted or semi-scripted interactions

Help guide guest movement through scenes or attraction areas

Monitor guest safety inside walkthrough or interactive areas

Reset props, scenes, or guest touchpoints between groups

Help maintain the energy, safety, and consistency of the guest experience

Ideal Candidate

Experience in theater, improv, themed entertainment, haunted attractions, escape rooms, live events, hospitality, or guest-facing entertainment is helpful

Comfortable interacting with guests in close proximity

Strong energy, reliability, and communication skills

Able to stand, walk, move, and stay engaged throughout 4- to 8-hour shifts

Compensation: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time, part-time, seasonal

Hours: 12 to 32 hours per week

Schedule: Day, evening, and weekend shifts; flexible scheduling available

Seasonal Programming: Year-round operational roles with seasonal pushes for Halloween, Christmas/Holiday activations, and other themed events
