This is a Full Time Job
We are seeking an entry level Contract Administrator to join our team in New York. Primary responsibilities involve preparing and reviewing event contracts as well as administrative tasks for the Controller and CEO as assigned.
This role will be primarily in person in our Brooklyn office to start with flexible/negotiable work-from-home opportunities after a training period.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare Buyer and Artist Contracts based on confirmed deals by our Agents.
-Review, compare, or mirror contract terms
-Work with Agents and Administrative Staff to ensure contract signatures and payments are received on schedule
-Maintain an organized system of digital records via Salesforce
-Assist the CEO and Controller with special projects, data entry, scheduling needs, and additional administrative tasks as needed
Required Skills:
-Experience as a Contract Administrator, Project Manager, Event Planner, or relevant role is preferred
-Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors and clarify deal points
-Strong analytical and organizational skills
-Ability to work with varying personality types and not be afraid to ask questions or share ideas
Preferred Skills:
-Familiarity with Salesforce or another similar CRM program
-Experience negotiating and reviewing contracts
