We are a rapidly expanding company and successful in our field. We are looking for a professional creative individual to optimize and grow our social media properties. The social media manager will handle the day-to-day management of our social platforms, including, but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Pinterest, Tiktok, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated team player who brings with them a wealth of strategies and creative ideas to grow with us as we rapidly increase our global base. It's essential that the successful candidate understands how to reach social audiences effectively and creatively by producing media content that adds excitement for our audiences worldwide. Also, the candidate should know how to create collaborations and partnerships with other like-minded companies and individuals. Only highly effective social media managers should apply.
*Conceive, craft, and execute dynamic video edits to captivate a social-driven audience and accomplish project objectives.
*Reformat existing footage for social platforms.
*Oversee and execute social media strategies, guidelines, best practices, promotional campaigns, and day-to-day activities. Identify success metrics and develop posts that reflect this strategy
*Monitor and research industry trends and culturally relevant moments to push forward social media effort
*Ensure there is on-brand messaging across all social media channels
*Analyze effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media efforts
*Create content and assets for all digital channels, acting as primary photographer & videographer for the brand.
*Lead production of all video and photo content for all digital content.
*Consistently monitor the competitive landscape and best practices
*Manage multiple, concurrent projects and maintain schedules to meet deadlines while staying within budget.
What you need:
*5+ years integrated media experience (digital & offline); strong knowledge of all digital channels
*Knowledge of social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and all relevant social media platforms.
*Knowledge of automotive aftermarket, fashion, and/or motorsports is a plus
*Excellent copywriting and editing skills
*Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and initiative
*Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
