Job Description: Looking to hire someone ASAP for a very challenging 1st assistant position with entertainment's top film music agency. This position is under a partner and head agent working with today's biggest film composers, songwriters and producers. The position is a great opportunity for anyone looking to further their career not only in film music but film production. Daily interaction with top producers, directors, music studio executives. Very competitive pay with excellent benefits.
Job Requirements: Candidate must have excellent executive skills (phones, correspondence, scheduling, travel etc), knowledge about the entertainment business and its key players, and have project coordination skills. Ideally candidate should have a background either in music, film or at the very least have a few solid years of assisting a busy and high demand desk. A thick skin is a must as well as an ability to juggle multiple projects and clients at one time (by memory is a big bonus).
Please note that this is a temporary until hired position.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:30 pm
