Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create engaging content that aligns with our brand's vision. A keen eye for detail, creativity, and technical proficiency in editing software are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

Editing short form content for our socials media channels on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat in the comedy space.
Produce high quality thumbnails for Youtube and Snapchat.
Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and vision.
Manage video projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring timelines are met.
Maintain organized digital assets within content management systems for easy access and collaboration.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve video quality.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Bridge, After Effects, and Illustrator.
Must work out of our Brooklyn office.
Must be able to Travel within the New York City/ New Jersey, and Brooklyn Area.
Experience in videography and content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Must have experience editing comedic content and provide examples with application.
Knowledge of content management systems to streamline project workflows.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
