The Role
Good World Creative is looking for a visionary and hands-on Digital Producer to run and scale our digital agency across external client work, internal innovation, and creative execution. This role will report to the Head of Creative at Good World's creative agency. You will work closely with social media managers - spearheading everything from collaborating with our social strategists to activations, content production and performance marketing.
This is a highly self-motivated role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is deeply tapped into the pop culture, platforms, and tools that move Gen Z.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the strategic execution for digital initiatives, ensuring creative excellence and performance
• Support digital and social strategy across brand campaigns
• Recruit a growing team of social media managers, digital strategists, and creatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, production, and client services teams
• Stay ahead of platform innovations, algorithm changes, and digital trends - bringing fresh thinking and proactive solutions to every project
• Analyze digital campaign performance and optimize based on learnings and KPIs
• Help drive revenue growth by contributing to new business development, external client retention, and service expansion
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a digital - first agency or marketing environment, with proven success leading high-impact A-list campaigns
• Deep understanding of Gen Z behaviors, digital culture, and key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, AI, emerging platforms)
• Strong track record in influencer marketing, content strategy, and social media innovation
• Comfortable with analytics tools and performance metrics, and using data to inform strategy
• Experience collaborating with multiple social media managers and developing talent
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills; able to confidently present ideas and lead strategic discussions
• Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building brands in bold, unexpected ways

The expected compensation for this position is:
$76,000.00 USD - $95,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
