About the Position
Golden State is seeking an exceptional Manager, Partnership Development who will be part of a dedicated team that will service a single, premier account within a cutting-edge and emerging technology sector. In this role, you will translate complex tech brand narratives into high-impact, tangible experiences. You will execute creative marketing activations that bridge the gap between innovation and elite sports and entertainment. This position will report to the Director, Partner Development.
This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
• Fulfill sponsorship agreement with corporate partner by collaborating with internal teams to ensure high level of execution, customer service and fulfillment of all deliverables within budget parameters
• Build and sustain strong corporate partner and agency relationships
• Identify, present, and sell new activation opportunities to assigned single account and drive renewal revenue by using internal resources and sales strategies
• Manage partnership details via CRM system
• Create and present execution recaps and selling presentations
• Attend Warriors home games, and special events
• Identify, present, and sell opportunities across all Golden State properties to assigned accounts
• Other duties assigned
Required Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of corporate sponsorship and/or account management experience, preferably within the sports industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite
• Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication, service, and resolution skills
• Skilled understanding of social media marketing and the digital space
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
