About the Position
The Golden State Warriors are looking for a forward-thinking brand marketer that takes a data driven approach, measuring and gleaning revenue generating insights for current and prospective partners for our global sports and entertainment organization. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Partnership Insights.

This is a full-time position based in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide data driven insights for our multi-property partnership sales and activation team that represents the Golden State Warriors, Santa Cruz Warriors, Warriors Gaming Squad, Golden Guardians, and Chase Center
• Manage relationships with third-party research and insights partners across all GSW properties
• Conduct external research studies, managing the scope, timeline and deliverables, followed by communication of results
• Collaborate with the partnership sales and activation teams to help them better understand prospective and current partner goals and objectives and build the roadmap that measures their KPIs
• Identify partnership opportunities using market research, data mining, and studying the companies and trends within the regional, national and international category targets identified by our partnership team
• Develop materials focused on emerging categories and potential verticals for the partnership sales and activation teams
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deploy creative solutions to client challenges
Required Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration/Marketing, or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years within an advertising or sports marketing agency and/or within a property's marketing or corporate partnerships department
• Proficiency in broadcast & social media measurement, qualitative data and Excel
• Quick study on industry trends, new media technologies and business models with the ability to consistently evaluate their relevance to each partner or property's strategic initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Simmons data
• Excellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with peers at all levels within the organization
• Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
