About the Position
The Golden State Warriors are looking for an innovative sales and service leader to lead our Ticketing team. In this role, you will mentor and develop a growing sales team and ensure pacing towards our goals. Additionally, you will generate and maximize ticket revenue, provide outstanding service, assist with the development and implementation of sales/service strategies, and build partnerships. This position reports to the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Services.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and lead sales/service reps in their efforts to achieve sales goals
• Provide lead lists to sell season ticket and mini plan ticket packages
• Build positive relationships with current accounts and past ticket holders
• Provide new business leads and decipher ways to acquire leads for sales reps
• Distribute inbound leads through our website and main phone line
• Exceed weekly and monthly sales goals in the areas of season ticket and mini plan sales
• Provide exceptional customer service to all current and potential customers
• Work Warriors home games to overlook sales and service staffs
• Set up events to promote our team and market our current ticket packages
• Maintain sales and service goals outlined by the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Services
• Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 7 years in sales, preferably within the sports/entertainment industry
• 1-2 years of people management experience; sales and management experience with a proven track record in meeting quotas for an entire department
• Experience developing marketing plans, promotions, presentations, and proposals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, attention to detail, resolution and presentation skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
Time Commitment
• Ability to work Warriors homes games (i.e., evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Compensation
• $90,000 Bonus
