About the Position:
The Golden State Warriors, Golden State Valkyries, and Chase Center are seeking a digital marketer to lead Lifecycle Marketing efforts. This role involves deepening fan relationships through CRM strategies and managing the digital content team across web and app platforms. This individual will play a crucial role in driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth across organizational brands and will report to the Vice President, Growth and Retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement comprehensive CRM (email, push, SMS) strategies to engage and retain fans
• Manage digital content for warriors.com, valkyries.com, chasecenter.com, and related mobile apps
• Develop customer journey maps for seamless fan experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns
• Lead and mentor CRM strategists and digital content creators
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
• Implement advanced customer segmentation for personalized marketing
• Explore new marketing technologies to enhance campaign efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., CCPA) and industry best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with senior experience in lifecycle marketing
• Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing, and working alongside sales organizations
• Leadership experience in hiring, managing, and developing teams
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably Adobe), Microsoft Office Suite, and web analytics tools
• Basic HTML/CSS and content management system experience
• Strong data analysis skills, with experience in complex data warehouses and SQL preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a service and resolution-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for sports and entertainment
Compensation:
• Salary: $128,000 - $136,000 + Bonus
