Accounts Payable bill pay
Handle reception desk
Receiving, sorting and routing mail/fax communications to appropriate personnel
Assembly of tax returns
Data Entry Maintaining office supplies and lunch room
Providing administrative support for the staff
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook at must!!!
Other duties as assigned to support the operation of the office.
