Administrative Receptionist/Assistant

Prestigious Entertainment Accounting firm is seeking a dedicated full time receptionist/administrative assistant/accounts payable person. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, punctual, EXTREMELY detailed oriented, have excellent communication skills, answer the phone and greet clients, and be able to multi -task. Duties Include:
Answering phones
Accounts Payable bill pay
Handle reception desk
Receiving, sorting and routing mail/fax communications to appropriate personnel
Assembly of tax returns
Scanning
Filing
Data Entry Maintaining office supplies and lunch room
Providing administrative support for the staff
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook at must!!!
Other duties as assigned to support the operation of the office.
