The Content Scheduler will be required to generate and be responsible for the delivery of media and metadata from an airline content schedule.
Key responsibilities
In this highly accountable role, you are expected to manage and prioritize workloads, and understand the importance of delivery timelines whilst maintaining high standards of output. As an experienced Content Scheduler, you are expected to have a meticulous eye for detail. You will also have good communication skills to interact with different departments and external vendors. The role may require a willingness to work flexible hours, understand various inner company workflows, and function as part of a broader team.
Specific Tasks
Schedules content for each customer/product by selecting content from the catalog and selects the edit version
Triggers internal and external work orders for all titles in the schedules
Manage changes to the schedule in response to changes or exceptions/issues that occur after scheduling
Troubleshoot any holds or discrepancies between assets and programming
Oversees the fulfilment of the schedule to ensure deliveries are at the OEM on time
Provide status reports to stakeholders
Sets available languages and access services for selected content
Manages the logistics of translation and editorial metadata by third parties
Tracks the publishing of metadata to the correct platform profile
Final QC of all outbound metadata once the data has been populated in the CMS
Creation and distribution of purchase orders for all licensed materials to distributors
Responsible for high priority client specific content e.g. Safety Videos, Advertising, Boarding, etc.

Computer skills: highly familiar with Microsoft Office Excel and able to work with in-house database systems
Qualifications
Experience: 5 years in a media or technology environment, familiarity with digital media and production workflows. Inflight industry experience an advantage.
