Role Summary
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Client Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Product and Program Management teams in running airline IFE programs and accounts. We are looking for a multitasking whiz to coordinate administrative, marketing and commercial activities for the team. If you are an organized, autonomous, hands-on team player looking to grow in a fast-paced environment where you will be directly contributing to a wide range of account and program initiatives, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring administrative support for maintenance of accounts:
Accurate record maintenance through various internal tools and systems
Invoicing support
Supporting teams involved in various customer program delivery initiatives:
Maintaining proactive communication between all involved parties through follow-up status reviews, meeting minutes and correspondence;
Collaborating with various departments to maintain accuracy of program documentation
Ensuring proper follow up with key program players
Providing miscellaneous administrative support:
Setting up meetings
Creating presentations
Tracking office activities
Qualifications/Experience
2 years' experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of IFE industry, an asset
Experience working with remote teams, an asset
Skills/Interests
Outstanding communication & presentation skills
Ability to manage priorities; detail-oriented focus
Self-driven, go-getter with a strong work ethic
