Role Summary:
Provide Facility Management and Office Support services for Global Eagle.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office services and functionality
Provide direction and information to vendors, service providers and staff as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work
Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities
Ensure appropriate follow up with vendors and service providers
Properly and effectively administer and maintain all security systems
Provide support for events, meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed
Manage accounting review, approval and payment process for facilities related costs
Perform budget variance analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis, assisting with budgetary research, analysis and reporting
Assist Global Facilities Director with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives
Qualifications/Experience:
Associates degree in facilities management, building, business or related field * Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years' experience with Facility or Property Administration
Superior customer service skills and orientation
Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports
