The Glendale International Film Festival (GIFF) is seeking Volunteer Screeners to evaluate film submissions for our 2026 competition. This is a remote volunteer opportunity ideal for individuals with a passion for cinema and a discerning eye for story structure, direction, performance, pacing, and overall impact.
Dates: Early June through early July 2026
Festival Dates: September 23-28, 2026
Responsibilities:
• Watch and evaluate assigned films using provided criteria
• Provide thoughtful, constructive written feedback
• Complete all assignments in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain confidentiality and disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
