This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Giant Noise is looking for NY-based fall interns who are interested in all aspects of successful PR campaigns from start to finish. Must be for college credit!
Internship Duties:
Assist with monthly status reports and client wrap-up reports
Research media outlets for client media opportunities
Attend and staff client's events
Create and manage media lists on Cision database
Draft cover letters, media alerts and additional press materials
Pull, manage and organize clips/press hits
Assist with administrative tasks, general upkeep and organization in the office
Internship Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university in NYC and can receive school credit for the internship upon college approval
Must have access to a laptop computer
Desired candidates will be enrolled in a Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising or Communications program
Desired candidates will have the ability to attend special events

We're looking for interns who are interested in entertainment news and follow relevant publications daily.
An ideal candidate for this internship should possess strong Internet skills and have a high level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. As a plus, we would prefer an intern with experience using Cision Database for media lists.
Because GIANT NOISE is a boutique agency, interns play a vital role in daily operations. As an intern, you'll learn and experience all aspects of a successful PR campaign from start to finish.
