This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Ghost Robot is seeking creative, independent and enthusiastic individuals to join our Office Internship program. The intern will gain a rare hands on opportunity to work directly with our Producers and Creative Directors at all stages of the creative process, from concept through to delivery.
Duties Include:
• OFFICE MAINTANCE
• keeping the office/kitchen clean and stocked with supplies and coffee
• Front of house duties such as picking up phones, meet and greet clients
• PROJECTS
• Help the staff producer and production manager with purchase orders, talent releases, PC logs and call sheets.
• CLIENT MEETINGS & SCREENINGS
• Prep crafty and drinks
• Help producers prepare materials
• RESEARCH
• Help Ghost Robot staff researching a variety of elements such as treatments, equipment, locations
• DATABASE
• Update and maintain the database and hard drives
Personal Attributes:
• Think outside the square
• Have a keen interest in art, culture, books, newspapers, blogs, museums
• Have a tap on social trends and general word on the street
• Positive and punctual
• Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills
• Work autonomously and independently problem solve
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
You will be familiar with
• Final Cut Pro
• CS5
• Excel
Expectations:
• Commit to at least 3 months, min 2-3 days per week. Please note the internship is unpaid but lunch is on us!
