Ghost Atomic Pictures, Boutique Branded Content and Commercial Production Company, seeks a qualified Project Manager/Post Coordinator to join the team! This is a full-time position with a starting grossing yearly salary of $50,000.
Role:
The Post-Production Coordinator will work closely with the post-production and producers to provide logistical support for all videos projects. This will include overseeing the post schedule, edits, and other resources with staff. Post-production Coordinators are web savvy, understand the platform and have basic knowledge of effective postproduction workflow. You will come in with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and other systems for organizing post-production and delivery. To be successful, you will have the ability to think on your feet, be flexible and resourceful, and communicate in an effective and timely manner.
Duties Include:
Awareness of all working productions and any challenges/conflicts that might occur.
Work with a team of producers, editors, and designers to keep the post workflow operational.
Liaise with external teams and agencies for resources and assets.
Help enforce best practice policies while organizing shared resources.
Flexibility to work with shifting delivery timelines.
Interface with clients and our team to create appropriate workback schedules upon request.
Calendar Management: Effectively Schedule the post team based on internal availability and client deadlines.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in a related field or relevant experience.
Experience in web video, TV, or film production as a Production or Post-Production Coordinator.
Ability to take a service-oriented approach to this position, with a desire to help clients achieve their best result.
Strong Administrative and project management skills. We would love someone with working knowledge of Monday.com or other project management tools that would work best for the post team.
Highly organized.
Outstanding communication skills - email and in person
Excellent problem-solving skills.
A friendly and easy to work with disposition.
Someone with a basic understanding of the editing process so to accurately manage workback flow.
