Freelance Spanish Speaking Casting Assistant - Remote

GENUINE: The Real People Company is looking for outgoing, highly motivated Freelance Spanish Speaking Casting Assistants to support our Casting Directors and/or Project Managers. This is a remote location position. Hours are East Coast Time Zone.

Strong people skills, a positive attitude, accountability and reliability are required. Ideal candidates possess rock solid organization skills and are good communicators in both English and Spanish in person, on the phone and in writing. They are attentive to detail, able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, are tech savvy and willing to learn new programs and online tools. Previous experience in casting or conducting research and targeted searches preferred. Familiarity with zoom recording and google workspace a plus.
We are looking to expand our team of core freelancers and are especially seeking those who wish to grow into Casting Directors and Project Managers. Work is on a freelance basis, with potential for growth.
