Genuine: The Real People Company is a premiere boutique casting company that finds captivating real people with compelling stories for well-known brands. We've cast everything from Super Bowl Commercials to consumer and healthcare testimonials, and video content that is seen by millions. Your job as Head of Production will be to manage the execution of all our projects to ensure we find the ''right'' real people for the most significant brands in the world.
Our perfect candidate is a great communicator who thrives on juggling calls, chats and email conversations with our executive team, clients, project managers and casting teams. You're organized, detail-oriented and great at managing client expectations. You'll also be a motivating force, encouraging our teams to troubleshoot and find creative solutions when duty calls. Our projects are varied and often unusual. At parties you may well be the person with the most interesting job in the room.
It's a given that you love collaborating, strategizing and problem-solving. As a core member of our small business team, you can expect to wear many hats. You are creative and relish the opportunity to pitch in when you see a need, lend your ideas and participate in finding solutions for the benefit of all.
We might be an established company with three decades under our belt, but we're not set in our ways. It's important to us that our Head of Production is committed to excellence, learning and trying new things. Please apply only if you have management experience in the production and ad agency world as you will need to hit the ground running and get results.

Staying abreast of all production related developments and communicating regularly with the Executive Team.
- Ongoing recruiting and training of new freelance staff
- Identifying promising individuals and helping them grow into project managers to handle jobs independently with the goal of increasing company project capacity

- Maintaining good communication with the Business Development Manager for job follow-up and managing ongoing client relationships.
Supporting our Director of Business & Operations on HR and office operation matters as they pertain to Production, and implement Privacy and Security Protocols alongside IT consultants.
