Freelance Spanish-Speaking Casting Manager

GENUINE: The Real People Company is looking for outgoing, highly motivated and organized remote Freelance Casting Interviewers and Project Managers who are fluent in Spanish and English. A positive professional attitude, perseverance, outstanding people skills, strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish. Strong research, interviewing and outreach skills required.

The ideal candidate is a creative, curious problem-solver who takes initiative and excels at conducting targeted searches. Experience in real people casting a plus. A team player able to organize and carry out projects independently from start to finish, they are responsible for gathering and maintaining all information related to the job, reporting to the Executive and Coordinating Producers.

Must have solid computer skills and facility using Microsoft Office Suite, Mac OS, Gmail and Google Docs; familiarity with social media platforms, online posting, file-sharing, research and email marketing tools preferred.

Work is remote and on a freelance basis.
