Full Time Job
Event Director / Office Manager responsibilities include:
Produce numerous pre-parties/gifting lounges for celebrities in honor of major award shows throughout the year
Manage all pre and post event logistics and communication with vendors, venues, brands, security, volunteers, rental companies, publicists, hotels, etc.
Identifying brands, contacting them, closing prospects for events
Strategizes space, displays, rentals, florals, credentials, deliveries, locations, services and PR logistics for all clients leading up to and after the event(s)
Handles all payments and checks via QuickBooks coming both in and out of the company
Acts as office manager and handles all intern responsibilities, office logistics and administrative duties for CEO
Runs Instagram account with 2-3 posts per week
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Strong communication and organizational skills
Highly personable, motivated and proactive self-starter
Mac/PC savvy: Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and basic administrative programs
Compensation: Depending on Experience; Compensation will be discussed during interview. An additional 20% commission will be given on any sales made for the company.

Established Beverly Hills Event Production company seeks highly motivated, eager, well-spoken candidate to work as GBK's Event Director to produce events for our celebrity gifting suites. LA RESIDENTS ONLY. Office hours 8:30am-5:00pm M-F. GBK Productions produces numerous celebrity events, gifting lounges prior to major award shows throughout the year and charity events. GBK has raised over $10,000,000 for over 40 charities since established in 2001.
