Responsibilities:
Work directly with our talent to create a robust plan for the future that is personalized to each unique career journey.
Develop and foster strong relationships with our talent through the relentless pursuit of our mutual goals. Our mission is to develop talent with disabilities and integrate them into the entertainment industry for all roles and opportunities. This includes, but is not limited to theater, TV (scripted and unscripted),film, VO, and modeling.
Submit talent for casting calls through casting systems such as Breakdown Express, Casting Networks and Casting Frontiers.
Create casting calls through MailChimp and Canva to release to clients for projects not available on traditional casting system sites as noted above.
Pitch talent by phone, email, and any other communication means to new and existing clients and productions, ensuring we provide the best representation possible to all talent.
Create and maintain invoice templates for talent bookings.
Scout and identify up and coming talent through traditional and nontraditional means, including attending performances in major markets (NY, LA, etc) as needed.
Manage and mentor junior team members in talent management
What you should have:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of talent representation experience (agent/manager)
Solid relationships with talent agents, casting directors, and network executives.
A passion for representing talent from underrepresented communities is a must.
Experience and passion for working with people with disabilities is a plus
Experience working on both Union & Non Union projects. Thorough understanding of SAG Agreements is a must.
Experience and working knowledge of casting systems including but not limited to Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, and Casting Frontier
Experience working with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office products
Highest degree of integrity and collaboration
Openness to ongoing learning
Good understanding of commercial contracts
Ability to work under a little bit of (drama-free) pressure.
Strong passion for media of all kinds (ie. TV, Film, Theater, commercials, VO etc… as well as scripted and unscripted) and pop culture a plus.
Must be responsive in real time and able to reply to urgent needs from casting directors, agents, and clients.

Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
