Job Title: Senior Scheduling Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily tasks in the scheduling database to manage linear schedules for two television networks and FAST networks
• Assist with asset metadata creation and entry across multiple databases, including Wide Orbit Program
• Create and compile detailed metadata for non-linear platforms, communicating with vendors and clients
• Generate and distribute program schedule grids and reports to internal and external partners
• Collaborate with Traffic, Operations, and other departments to ensure accurate timing and schedule data
• Maintain spreadsheets, air orders, and contractual run counts, with heavy data entry responsibilities
• Conduct research and record-keeping related to movie content, acquisitions, and competitive networks
• Schedule at least one FAST network and build episodes in the scheduling database
• Track payment schedules, monitor invoices, and communicate with distributors and vendors
• Provide administrative and backup support to team members
• Complete special projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in television industry program scheduling or related fields such as Traffic, Promo Scheduling, Media Planning, or Research
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Office and database applications
• Knowledge of traditional television and multiplatform viewing industries
• Ability to perform heavy internet research and data entry
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience in television
Compensation:
• Salary range: $55,365 - $72,000
