JOB DESCRIPTION
Executive Assistant (FX Networks - Los Angeles, CA 90064)

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Vice President, Casting. Responsibilities include coordinating and disseminating information pertaining to FX's casting needs, scheduling, answering phones, and serving as a liaison with talent agents and production.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the EVP of Casting, including scheduling meetings and conference calls, answering phones, making travel arrangements, and various administrative tasks.
• Communicate accurate show information to talent agents and check talent availability as required in a timely manner.
• Assist with reading scripts and research for casting roles. Anticipate upcoming casting needs for development projects.
• Coordinate with production for any casting needs or inquiries.
• Maintain compliance paperwork and accurately process Cast Clearances and SAG/AFTRA required paperwork as needed.

Qualifications:

• Four-year college degree required
• Minimum of 1 -2 years previous work experience at a talent agency, studio, network or production company required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and superior interpersonal skills required
• Must be professional, adaptable and reliable
• Must be highly organized, detail oriented and able to handle a deadline-driven and high-volume atmosphere
• Must have an interest in FX programming
• Overtime is required
