Assistant, Integrated Promotions | FX
FX is seeking an Assistant to provide administrative support to the SVP and VP of the Integrated Promotions team. The ideal candidate is professional, polite, attentive, and able to multitask while managing daily administrative tasks. This position requires comfort with office tasks, verbal and written communication, and a willingness to meet challenges directly.
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the SVP and VP
• Answer phones, schedule meetings, organize calendars, and complete expense reports
• Assist with presentation decks and archive campaign materials
• Provide office support, including ordering supplies, arranging IT support, and coordinating temporary staffing needs
• Manage executives’ time, multitask, and communicate clearly with the team
• Anticipate the needs of the executives to meet their daily demands
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
• Greet and assist visitors
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations
Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ years of administrative assistant or internship experience in entertainment
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism and confidence when interacting with executives, producers, and talent
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects
• Team player with a positive attitude, resourcefulness, and flexibility
• Maintain confidentiality with all matters and documents
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of administrative assistant experience
• Experience in the entertainment industry or production environment preferred
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
Salary range: $57,900 to $77,500 per year based on a 40-hour workweek. Compensation may vary depending on geographic region, experience, and other factors. The position may also include a bonus or long-term incentive units, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package including medical, financial, and other benefits.
