2nd Assistant Non-exempt, Full-time Beverly Hills, CA
Reports to: President
About the role:
The Second (2nd) Assistant will provide administrative support to the office of the President. The 2nd Assistant will lead all scheduling for the president, including booking travel arrangements, meeting preparation, expense reports, maintaining phone sheets, and other tasks as assigned.
To be successful in this position, the 2nd Assistant must have strong attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication skills and must be able to work well in a fast-paced office environment.
Your background and experience:
• B.A/B.S Degree or at least 1-year experience in a studio, production company, or agency environment (This is a requirement to be considered)
• Highly proficient technical skills with Microsoft Office and G suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as with video conferencing systems (Zoom, Slack etc.)
