Winter Intern - Creative Development

Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time intern to work directly with the Co-Founder & Development Executive in New York. This is a unique, hands-on opportunity to gain insight into creative development, production, and the business of entertainment.

The role is remote, but a preference for the EST time zone is required.

Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and creative support to the executive team
• Read scripts & IP and give detailed notes on projects
• Draft, organize, and send emails and correspondence
• Maintain project trackers and contact lists using Google Sheets
• Prepare pitch materials, one-sheets, and social assets using Canva
• Research talent, trends, and industry opportunities

Requirements
• Love of story and being that rare hybrid of creative and business-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Word
• Basic design skills (Canva or equivalent) preferred
• Interest in film, television, and entertainment development or production
• Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Applicants should have an interest in executive and production roles, not in performing or modeling
