The Director of Marketing Operations & Assets serves as a key operational hub for Fuse Marketing and the Fuse organization. S/he is responsible for managing the marketing production processes against all consumer and B2B marketing materials – key art, print, video, digital, on-air, motion graphics, social materials and presentations – planning, production and delivery. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring these materials are appropriately managed for ancillary and multiplatform exploitation and distribution. This position also has responsibility for ensuring creative consistency, strategic messaging and quality control across all platforms, affiliate, ad sales and ancillary partner application.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and manage a Production Calendar that lays out each project and its milestones to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Partner with SVP Marketing and internal resources to plan and produce shoots for creative assets
• Develop and manage marketing database so assets can be easily archived and repurposed as needed
• Effectively and efficiently manage the creative production process
• Work with Affiliate and Ad Sales teams, Digital/Social/Press teams to produce new materials/presentations for client partners and talent
• Establish processes to maximize productivity, including asset management, workflow, and inter-departmental communications
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/ACHIEVEMENTS
• Minimum 8 years experience in marketing project management within entertainment, media or ad agency
• Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent combination of education/experience and/or training
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Strong understanding of both the linear television and digital media landscapes
• Proven experience managing multiple creative processes
• Managerial and budget management experience
• Excellent project management, organization, time management, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to establish productive relationships with cross-functional groups and across all levels within the organization
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to details and deadlines
• Creative thinker with strong conceptualization skills
