Accounts Payable

This is a Full Time Job

Accounts Payable person needed for a Top Creative Commercial Production Company in Santa Monica. Candidate must be motivated, flexible and well organized. Commercial production experience preferred. Great opportunity, as company keeps growing.

Main Duties include:

* Accounts Payable
* Credit Card Management
* Monthly Account Reconciliations
*Assistance to the Controller and CFO
* Project Specific Requests
* Filing

Candidates should possess the following:

*Prior accounting/data entry experience in the entertainment or advertising field and basic knowledge of accounting principles required.
*Ability to work and prioritize in a fast paced environment, while maintaining accuracy and proficiency.
*Must be able to review project specific data and summarize discrepancies in an organized manner.
*Excellent oral and written communications to interface with vendors, clients, staff, freelance crews and executives.
*Strong MS Office skills in Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of ACCPAC software is a plus.
