Position Overview:
Join our creative, fun, and fast-paced Production Division as a Creative Development Intern! Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the VP of Creative Development, learning the intricacies of creative marketing, digital content production, and podcast development. This exciting opportunity will immerse you in the world of content creation, focusing on learning how to research and develop new ideas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the development team to conduct research on industry trends, cultural moments, and emerging content formats.
• Compile and present assigned research findings to inform content development decisions.
• Assist in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for content across various genres.

Desired Skills/Characteristics:
• Strong interest in development and a passion for television, digital content, and pop culture.
• Excellent writing skills, including basic copy editing, with the ability to communicate ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint), Canva, and Google Suite (Sheets/Docs/Slides) for creating and formatting documents and presentations.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present research findings in a clear and organized manner.
• Self-starter with the initiative to take on new challenges and see projects through to completion.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to a creative team.
