Job Description
As a Podcast Producer, you will be the day to day lead and key client contact for Full Picture's growing podcast slate. Along with the Full Picture Productions team, you will oversee all production aspects of our podcast series' which will include developing show materials (scripts, shownotes, etc), editing episodes, researching and booking guests/talent, tracking podcast metrics, supporting podcast hosts, and managing delivery of all audio + video materials.

Responsibilities
Edit the audio and video for podcast episodes
Work with FPP team on the development and overall management of podcast slate
Prepare podcast episode scripts and other supplemental materials
Manage all talent bookings, releases and equipment needs for talent and guests.
Craft recording and post production schedules
Assist FPP line producer in creating and managing podcast production budgets
Scout production hires such as Audio Engineers, Copywriters, Production Assistants, etc.
Manage live recordings and ensure a smooth process from start to finish
Client liaison for each podcast, both brand/celebrity clients as well as podcast network clients
Oversee all finished deliverables (includes audio + video assets as well as podcast artwork)
Oversee and synthesize podcast metrics, engagement, etc for client delivery on a monthly basis
Liaise with podcast consultants in the podcast/video marketing and ad buy space

Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years experience producing podcasts and/or scripted content
Familiarity with production equipment and technology, including recording studios and editing software
Strong project management skills, with experience in managing production budgets, and project expenses
Proactive, self-sufficient problem solver
Excellent communication skills to keep all team members informed
Creative collaboration. Ability to pitch innovative ideas, participate in the early creative development process, and work with the senior team to produce high quality shows.
Experience with talent booking and agencies in the Hollywood ecosystem is a plus
Natural appetite for pop culture across podcasts, social media, and TV

Salary
Starting at $70,000/year depending on experience
