full coverage communications is seeking a Publicity Admin Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, reporting to the company's President.
We are looking for a candidate who has interest in personal publicity/entertainment (spanning music, television, film, and beyond), is a quick learner, takes initiative, can stay organized & prioritize multiple running client tasks. Attention to detail is a must! Previous publicity/entertainment experience is preferred but not required.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Admin support for company's President (rolling calls, managing schedule & calendar, etc.)
• Tracking & servicing press clippings to clients daily
• Monitoring news media for client mentions/relevant stories
• Creating detailed itineraries/schedules for all client press activities
• Organizing and handling incoming press requests, including drafting organized memos for client teams
• Liaising and communicating with various Publicists at the company across specific client accounts
• Ongoing maintenance and updating of media lists, industry contacts and event lists
• Tracking award show nominations, wins and appearances
• Updating client press materials/EPKs/bios on a rolling basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1 year of experience working full-time (internships OK) in entertainment and strong knowledge of the industry is required
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Google Drive/Docs & Dropbox
• Familiar with entertainment research based programs such as Muckrack, Critical Mention and Press Reader
• Excellent and proven writing skills
• Professional communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and inbox management skills
• Responsive and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to think critically, anticipate needs and be resourceful
• Punctuality and reliability
• Team player attitude
