We are a staffing agency looking for an experienced HR Manager for our client an Entertainment Law Firm. This firm is located in Los Angeles and this position will working out of their offices in Los Angeles.
Duties include but not limited to:
Ensure company's Compliance with Local / State and Federal rules and regulations
Manage Recruiting, screening, and employee selection
Communicate with recruiting agency on employee recruitment searches
Review resumes
Coordinate interviews
Onboarding
Offboarding
Run Payroll
Prepare Payroll reports
Handle benefits and enrollments
Culture and team building
Manage employee relationship building and strategy
Team building
Review salaries
Administrative tasks related to HR Department
Organize and manage personnel files
Special projects and other duties as needed
Skills and Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of similar or related HR experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related area preferred
HR Certificate is highly preferred
Strong software skills: MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
ADP experience
Tech savvy
Detail oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to meet deadlines
