Music Receptionist / Assistant
We are a staffing agency seeking a Receptionist / Assistant for our client a Music company. WE ARE ONLY CONSIDERING CANDIDATES CURRENTLY LOCAL TO THE LOS ANGELES AREA.
This is an in-person position not remote.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Cover Front desk, handling phones, greeting visitors,
-Maintain reception, kitchen and conference rooms
-Log packages, receive and distribute mail
-Managing calendar, including scheduling meetings and event planning
-Track phone and email correspondence
-Keeping a log of business contacts
-Create Purchase order for office supplies
-Coordinate with outside vendors for maintenance
-Inventory and organize office supplies
-Coordinate with building maintenance for service and repairs as needed
-Assisting with the coordination of projects and events, as necessary
-General office and administrative duties
-Help HR Department with Administrative tasks such as onboarding, scheduling of interviews
-Maintain and complete expense reports
-Maintain Company COVID vaccination tracker records
-Will also serve as a communications intermediary
Required Skills and Qualifications include:
-Must have entertainment experience, internships will be considered
-Must have a bachelor's degree
-Proficient in MAC/PC computers--Tech Savvy
-MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
-Highly organized, strong attention to detail and effective follow through.
-Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
-A strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
-Ability to roll calls
-Excellent Social Media Skills
