Job Description - In this critical support role, you will provide administrative support to the Showrunner of one of our Unscripted Productions. The Production will run from July 2021 through December 2021.
Responsibilities
• Answer/roll telephone calls
• Schedule meetings and conference calls
• Manage heavy schedule
• Prepare expense reports
• Create and modify production decks
• Coordinate run-throughs
• Manage multiple projects at one time
• Assist with development projects
• Perform runs outside the office as needed
Requirements
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within entertainment industry
• Passion for unscripted television (Interest in game shows is a plus)
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A professional telephone manner
• Ability to prioritize and organize a heavy workload in a fast pace and high-pressure environment with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Solution and detail oriented, with ability to anticipate next steps and identify problems early
• Must be a team player
