This is a Full Time Job
Frank Productions is looking for a full-time Payroll Manager to join our human resources team in Madison, WI. This role has the ability to be hybrid between in-office and remote work. We are committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and encourage talent from all backgrounds to apply.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Responsible for preparing and accurately administering payroll for all entities
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring timely completion and proper access into company systems and processes
• Act as a resource to address and resolve inquiries related to payroll and onboarding
• Manage and update employee data within the company HRIS system
• File first report of injury forms and manage related workers' compensation documentation and correspondence
• Complete employment verifications as needed
• Assist with recruiting processes such as replying to applicant inquiries
• Manage all paperwork and current records, reports, and documents including employee personnel and medical files, etc.
• Manage benefit administration processes such as enrollments, terminations, invoicing, and new hire benefit meetings
• Prepare HR-related reports, letters, memos, presentations, etc., as needed
• Assist with and support company-wide Human Resources projects and initiatives
• Maintain a working knowledge of relevant federal and state legislation and regulatory changes
• All other duties as assigned
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Applicable experience with payroll processing, human resources, and administrative practices
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skills
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Ability to quickly adapt and adjust projects to new expectations and direction
• Ability to lead and coordinate projects
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment that includes in-person collaboration, group e-mails, and instant messaging

This position is expected to work forty (40) hours per week or more. This position is an at-will position, meaning that either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time without notice or cause.
