Time/Days Required: 10-15 Hrs per week/2-3 Days per week

The Opportunity:
This is an unpaid internship for college credit or portfolio building. We treat our interns like real crew members, and at the end of the term, we will conduct a performance review with the explicit opportunity to transition into a paid production role as our live show expands.
What You'll Do (2 Positions Available):
• Live Stream Direction: Set up, test, and technically produce our weekly live stream broadcasts using software like StreamYard, OBS, or Riverside.
• Live Elements: Manage screen layouts, cue up lower-thirds/graphics, and monitor live chat or technical issues during the broadcast so we can focus entirely on hosting.
• Audio Engineering Prep: Assist in managing the technical flow of The Final Word audio pipeline, ensuring smooth recording sessions and organized file delivery.
What We're Looking For:
• Familiarity with live-streaming platforms (StreamYard, OBS Studio, Riverside.fm, etc.) and basic audio/video workflows.
• Calm under pressure-live broadcasts always have technical surprises, and we need someone who can pivot smoothly.
• Organized, punctual, and tech-savvy.
• Passionate about digital media, comedy, and audio production.
Additional Information
We are Frangela (Frances Callier and Angela V. Shelton)-comedians, actors, and hosts of the highly established podcasts The Final Word and Idiot of the Week. We provide weekly political commentary, cultural deep-dives, and absolute comedy chaos. We are expanding our digital footprint and looking for a creative, witty video editor to join the team and help turn our weekly shows into viral digital content.
