Reports To: Director of Operations
Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Framework Studio is looking to hire an Accounts Manager who will assist the Accounting Department with daily financial tracking and analytics.This role will work with the Director of Operations to oversee and analyze the financial daily activities of the company. With an emphasis on production expense tracking, the Accounts Manager will work closely with Producers to ensure financial continuity on projects from initial billing to final billing. In addition to production projects, they will assist the Director of Operations with higher level analytical data. Below is an inclusive list of tasks that they will be responsible for.
Responsibilities
-Enter daily transactions in the general ledger.
-Primary lead on audits including:
Overviewing Production budget wraps.
Sending Audit discrepancies to corresponding Producer (per project).
Working with Production to adjust discrepancies.
Sending final recap for CEO approval to be billed by the Accounts Manager on the project.
-Invoice creation and submission to vendor portals.
-Prep bank deposits and enter QuickBooks Online.
-Fast Financial Facts tracking by project.
-Reconcile bank accounts + credit cards monthly.
-Monthly PEX (our prepaid business card vendor) reconciliation.
-Pull all project totals for:
Commissions
Bonuses
All in-house times on Clockify
Creative billing hours
1099 Management and tracking.
-Track weekly and monthly financial data:
Client Quarterly Purchase Order update.
Ensure all financial data is sent to CPAs on a weekly/monthly basis as appropriate.
-Provide coverage for the bookkeeper on checks and wire transfers as needed.
Qualifications:
-Accounting in Production Experience
-Quickbooks Online Experience
-Excel/Pages
-Able to commute to Downtown Los Angeles (90017)
-A fun go-getting attitude
